Oopbuy Spreadsheet categories, with checks for the seller, fit and freight

Sixteen categories to begin your search. Below the cards: how to judge a listing, how to judge a seller, and how to judge any spreadsheet site, this one included.

Sixteen categories for your shortlist

Open a category, compare listings and record the source link. The women’s entry is a keyword search. These examples do not guarantee current availability, quality or shipping eligibility.

What the Oopbuy Spreadsheet is, and why it is not a shop

The Oopbuy Spreadsheet is a catalogue of finds: product cards sorted into categories, each with a photo, a title and a price, and each leading to a listing on a Chinese marketplace. You browse it, pick an item, and paste the listing's link into Oopbuy, which buys it on your behalf.

It is not a shop. Nothing on these cards is sold by us or by the catalogue. Oopbuy's own Terms of Service make the same point about products shown in its search results: they come from third-party platforms and are not sold by Oopbuy. The seller is the marketplace merchant; the agent is the buyer you hire.

Prices on the cards are listing prices at the time the catalogue last read them. What you pay through Oopbuy is that item price plus the seller's domestic freight, then international shipping and a declaration fee when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

How to choose items from the Oopbuy Spreadsheet

Start from what the warehouse will not check for you. Oopbuy's inspection page excludes colour difference, size error and "usage effect". So the size chart, the fabric description and the seller's own photos are your only evidence on fit. Read them before you add anything to the cart.

For electronics, the page says quality, model and spare parts are outside the inspection, so the listing's model number and the seller's spec sheet carry the whole weight. For sealed goods such as CDs or adult products, the box stays sealed and only the outside is looked at.

Then ask whether you might return it. The five-day return service depends on seller eligibility; the 120-hour window starts at the next whole hour after stock-in. If the service is absent, ask whether a return can be negotiated before paying, and do not rely on approval.

Last, think about the parcel. Liquids, powders and items with batteries face route restrictions, and a parcel over 10 kg is more likely to be treated as commercial, according to Oopbuy's packaging page. A cheap find that cannot ship on a cheap route is not cheap.

How to choose a seller before the agent buys

The agent buys from whichever store your link points to, so the seller choice is yours. Good signals are the ones a listing cannot fake cheaply: a store that has been trading for a while, sales counts that match the review count, buyer photos that show the item in ordinary light, and a size chart in centimetres rather than letters.

Look for the return service badge on Taobao listings. Oopbuy's returns page ties its whole 5-day process to that seller-offered guarantee, and the seller "has the final say". If the guarantee is absent, ask support whether a return can be negotiated and assume it is uncertain until confirmed.

Watch delivery speed too. Oopbuy's purchasing instructions say Chinese sellers usually ship within 3 to 7 days; if a seller has not shipped in 3, the agent follows up on day 4 and every 3 to 4 days after. A slow seller can make earlier warehouse items wait longer; each item has its own storage clock.

How to choose a spreadsheet site, this one included

A spreadsheet site is worth using when its links still work, its categories are current, and someone visibly maintains it. Test any site, including this one, on four things: do the category links open live listings today; does the site say when it last checked them; does it tell you who runs it and how to reach them; and does it explain what the agent will and will not do once you order.

Be wary of sites that promise quality grades or tier labels for a listing. No agent publishes such grades, and Oopbuy's own Shopping Guidelines prohibit counterfeit goods outright, warning that they may be destroyed in the warehouse with no shipment and no refund.

Check the update log and open the destination yourself; a historical successful check does not guarantee that a link works today.

Search terms that find better listings

The search box at the top of the home page searches the catalogue by keyword. Plain, specific nouns work best: "carpenter jeans", "quilted liner jacket", "signet ring", "field watch". Brand names return crowded, inconsistent results; materials and cuts return cleaner ones.

Once you find a listing, compare it with two or three others in the same category before you commit. Different stores often sell the same item photographed the same way at different prices; the cheapest store is only the cheapest if it also ships quickly and offers returns.

Inside Oopbuy, keyword search behaves differently. Since mid-October 2026 its results show the Oopbuy Selection tab first, with 1688 and Taobao results to the right. The how-to-order page explains why that matters for which rules apply.

Make a useful shortlist before choosing a seller

Save two or three source links and note the seller name, colour, size, item price in CNY, domestic freight and return conditions. Look for consistent recent buyer photos and repeated complaints, rather than trusting a sales count alone.

For jeans, measure a pair you already wear flat at the waist, rise and inseam. Compare those measurements with the listing’s chart. If two sizes overlap, ask the seller about the measurement method before paying; a size label in QC will not answer a fit question.

Example: a cheaper listing with no usable size chart and unclear returns may cost more if it needs replacing. Ask for the missing details or choose the listing with enough evidence to make the decision.
